Finance is the pivot of any organisation, the effective management of finance as well as the source of acquisition of finance is a key issue to management of any organisation. When organisation sourced funds and managed it efficiently, the organisation is bound to suceed and vice visa. Organisation's are adviced to exploit internal sources of funds such as plough back profit, reserves from depreciation etc before embarking on the use of medium or external sources of capital for their operation. This is because the external sources of funds have it own obligation that organisation must fufilled as compared to the internally generated capital. Management is very important factor to organisation which emphasises utilizing the resources acquired judiciously in a mannar so as to minimize wastage. Effort must be made to manage the volumn of stock, debts, creditors etc as they also play a role in ensuring that organisation suceed.
