Currently, Medicine is criticized by its emphasis on technician-scientific aspects and diminished humanitarian interaction, although, it is recognized that physician's humanitarian behavior is essential to an adequate medical practice. What happens with it presently? What is good medical practice? How is the physician-patient relationship nowadays?. Throughout this book these questions are answered by analyzing the medical thinking and action and the physician-patient relationship. It analyzes this current dilemma in medical education, as well as, physician's humanitarian tasks, process of medical reasoning (inquisitive and strategic thought) and different phases and steps of the medical care process. Also, diverse perspectives (communicational, ethical and legal) of the physician-patient relationship and its diverse external and internal influences are analyzed.
