This book reported the literature survey of the chemistry of Mannich bases, and their synthetic importance were investigated. Syntheses, reactions and the medicinal importance of novel compounds which established by elemental analysis and spectral data. The investigated compounds exhibited good antioxidant, anticancer and hemolysis activities.
