In the context of the master thesis in Business Administration, specialization Management Studies in the VU University of Amsterdam, I did several researches to the inter-collaboration via alliances. All of these studies were strategic based. For this paper, a different direction within the alliance process has been chosen. I will investigate to what extend might social capital facilitates knowledge sharing within alliances. In addition, the key elements that affect the affectivity of the social capital will be investigated. This book might assist the organization to increase their learning rate and knowledge sharing that lead to more innovative activities. This assist the organization to survive in today's economy and the turbulent environment. This research is very relevant for the policy makers to expand to available range of theories in order to increase the organizational performance and deal with the dynamic environment. In addition to that, this might be a starting point to figure out how the management can affect the efficiency of the social capitals and the knowledge sharing.
