For long, scholars have used the research tools invented in the western world to examine the leadership styles developed in western societies. With different culture between western and eastern societies, it is difficult to explain the leadership styles and phenomena of Chinese leaders by using the same research tools to examine the effectiveness. This book attempts to probe a prevalent chinese leadership and type of daily managerial practices of domestic firm, international (regional) firm, and global firms in Taiwan. The relationship between Chinese leadership and management effectiveness are also explored in this book. The data was collected by through face-to-face interviewed of the experts (above the position of director) in Taiwanese managed firms and analyzed by ANP methodology.
