VDM Pates, L: College Educators Experiences When Using Communica

In colleges faculty are faced with various communication technologies for getting their jobs done. Many of them wonder how productive they would be without this technology. Once they learn one new thing, there is something else that they must learn. The question is does communication technologies account for computer anxiety among faculty in a college setting? Research will indicate whether there is a difference in usage of communication technologies and levels of computer anxiety of facultly in relationship to their job responsibilities, gender, age, computer experience, and a number of professional development activities. Furthermore, the faculty experiences will assist administrators in any workplace in planning computer technology workshops in order to help reduce anxiety among their employees.
